Annoucement (Service Integration)

To improve customer convenience and service efficiency, Telechips is integrating the existing technical document release platform (T-Docs / Telechips Documents Release System) with the customer support platform (CSS).

As part of this integration, the existing technical documentation release platform(T-Docs) will no longer be in service. However, rest assured that all the services previously available through the technical document release platform will seamlessly transition to our customer support platform(CSS).

For any inquiries related to usage or if you experience any inconveniences during this transition, we encourage you to reach out to your dedicated Telechips Sales/FAE/AE representative. They will be more than happy to assist you and address any concerns you may have.
